New Song: “Reaching Hands” Now Available!

Hello everybody!

I have been working on my full-length and I decided it’s time for you to hear a bit of it! I just released a song off of the upcoming album. This track is called “Reaching Hands.” It’s a fun, and hopefully uplifting song! It is available for streaming and download at my Bandcamp page. I hope you all enjoy it and thank you for all of your support!

More news regarding the album including the name, tracklisting, and other exciting details are coming soon! Be sure to follow me on Facebook and Twitter to keep up to date!

Featured on Front Page of Gogoyoko!

Hello all!

I recently joined a music site called Gogoyoko. It’s a cool site based out of Iceland that you can follow artists with, buy music, and create playlists. Only a couple hours after joining, my Rain EP is being featured on the front page! It would be awesome if you all checked it out! Link! (The banner on the front page will change over to my feature after a few seconds.)

I’m not sure how long this feature will last so it might be gone by the time you are reading this! :( But no worries, you can check out my Circadian Eyes profile here!

I would be eternally grateful if you checked it out, logged in quickly via Facebook and rated, or ‘hearted’ my music!

On a different note, I am currently working on writing a full length album! I have about 5 songs written right now and am in the process of recording piano parts and adding layers with different instruments etc. I hope to have 9 to 10 songs total. I’m aiming for an early 2011 release as of now! I will be sure to keep you updated on my progress and will let you hear some samples when they are ready!

Thanks once again for your support!

New Song and Twitter!

Hey everybody! I’ve been getting into film score music more and more recently (I’m in a Music for Film class and I’ve been seeing movies that have inspiring soundtracks lately.) So I figured I would take a shot at writing a song with a bit of a larger scale in mind. “Finding Silence” is what came out of this experiment. It starts off like some of my other songs do, with a piano and strings, but I think you’ll hear some differences towards the second half of the song haha.

This really isn’t an official release, a.k.a. it is not part of an upcoming album or EP. Just something that I wanted to try and thought you might want to hear. I would absolutely love to do work for films in the future, but this is not me announcing a change in genre or anything like that haha.

Finding Silence is both the name of the song and the ‘album’ (I just tagged it this way to avoid confusion). For the album cover since I didn’t really have anything prepared I just used my promotional shot which was photographed by my lovely fiancee!

So I will quit babbling now and let you hear the song! As always you can download it for free on my Bandcamp site, and I am also accepting greatly appreciated donations! :)

Download “Finding Silence” Here!

P.S. I also recently created a Twitter account. Mostly it is me rambling on about various things, but I’ll also do short musical updates on there as well. So if Twitter is your thing, go ahead and follow me and don’t be afraid to send me some questions or just say hi!

New Facebook Page!

Hey all! I’ve been pretty busy since the release of my latest effort, Rain EP, so I haven’t had a chance to thank you all for your kind words and donations! It really means a lot to me that I have your support and it makes the music writing process that much more rewarding for me.

So I’ve decided to catch up with the times and create a Facebook fanpage for Circadian Eyes. I’ve had a Myspace for a little while, but it feels kind of dated, haha. So if you like my music it would be awesome if you went to my page and ‘liked’ it.

I’ll be adding small updates on here so if you want to be up to date like it up!

Once again, thanks for listening and all of your support!
